Osteopathy is an established, recognised system of diagnosis and treatment, which is a safe and natural approach to healthcare. It focuses on the musculo-skeletal system; the bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues and the way in which this inter-relates to the body as a whole. Our treatment is individually tailored towards every patient and diagnosis is carried out through discussion, observation and touch. Gentle stretching and mobilising techniques as well as joint manipulation are used to help facilitate healing. All osteopaths must be registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
We believe in the ethos of a hands on approach. We use soft and deep tissue massage, stretches, joint mobilisations, manipulations and various other techniques to gently and safely bring about healthy changes.
